· Creates business & functional requirements, business impact assessments & user acceptance test documents
· Liaise with internal and external business partners and solutions groups, communicates business requirements and translates technical information into business terms
· Coordinates with the testing group and ensure testing plans are created that effectively cover all business requirements & their system impacts
· Creates functional and user acceptance test cases and works with the business representative to ensure functional and user acceptance testing is completed
· Delivers status updates to the Project Manager
· Actively searches for optimization opportunities among current and future IT solutions that provide business benefits
· Understands the business environment, both internal and external and responds to any business challenges
· Provides task list, time and resource estimates and identify any interdependencies between tasks
· Communicates effectively with people at all levels of the organization
