· Responsible for the flawless execution of assigned strategic projects by leading the overall delivery, scope, timelines & budget
· Develops project scope definition, project charters, project plans, implementation plans and post implementation reviews
· Managing, tracking and reporting on the health of all elements of the project plan, change control and issues and risks
· Resource management
· Management of the project vendor relationships
· Maintains regular communication links with all appropriate stakeholders
