MGA has appointed Ms. Irene Kuehbauch as Administration Manager - 5/18/2006

MGA would like to introduce to you its new administration manager Irene Kuehbauch who started with us on May 15.

Irene comes to us with over 12 years of experience in the administrative field and will be a valuable asset to this company. In her last position she was the Executive Assistant to the President with Agfa Inc. in Canada as well as assisted various other department heads.

MGA has been growing rapidly and required someone to help us with the operation of this office. She will also assist you with any questions you may have regarding your timesheets and your payment status.
Irene's responsibilities will include:

-   Timesheets are received on time and are complete
-   ADP input is done on time
-   Filing is complete and up-to-date
-   Pay-stubs are mailed out to our consultant
-   Point of contact to our clients for A/P and A/R

Mutaz has finished his CMA courses and passed the exam, as a result he has been promoted to be the head Accounting department, and no longer works with timesheets.
