Candidate Selection Process

Our candidate selection process is outlined below:

  • Assess and review the job description with each client
  • Database search along with posting of requirements through our channels
  • A standard checklist identifies qualified, potential candidates
  • A shortlist of qualified candidates together from the database and posting submissions is consolidated
  • Only the top 3 to 5 candidates are submitted per job requirement
  • Discussions with client on pre-qualified candidates
  • Interviews are arranged if client is satisfied with potential candidate(s)
  • Reference checks are conducted prior to inputting applicant's file into database
  • Ensure an optimum match between clients' requirements and candidates' skills
